The second building located in Matosinhos in our portfolio, well known for its beautiful integration of the Matosinhos Architecture Museum. The building used the former location (1897) of a large group of warehouses of a wine company transformed into a modern museum for the exhibition and long-term storage of highly regarded works by local and world-renowned architects.

GM designed mechanical systems that consist of the application of various technologies: from VRF systems to 4-tube chiller systems, including underfloor air conditioning (heating and cooling) in large public access areas, humidity, temperature and air quality control, and displacement ventilation for air diffusion in public areas. GM management has a special fondness for this building. Total of 4700m² of air-conditioned area, including the new facilities of the Matosinhos Jazz Orchestra.
