It is a large emblematic building intended to be the headquarters of the Human Rights Commission in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The building consists of two large underground parking lots, a service area, a VIP area and a mosque on the ground floor, and a large first floor of 35000m² for offices and other services. GM designed the HVAC systems for this building, including the CFD analysis for the mosque. Total heated area of about 78000m².
