Rehabilitation of a sports complex in Baghdad, Iraq. It is one of the works of the prestigious French-Swiss architect Le Corbusier, originally an integral part of an Olympic city consisting of a stadium, a swimming pool, a gymnasium and an outdoor amphitheater. Due to the constant instability felt in the country, the project underwent several interruptions and modifications, with the gymnasium being the element with the greatest progress. Its renovation resumed in 2013. About 60,000 m² of heated areas.

Traditional cold and heat production system using gas boilers and chillers with the distribution of cold and hot water to air treatment units and fan convectors. Specific and localized areas served by small direct expansion systems.
