This office building stems from the rehabilitation of an old hat factory, built in 1905, and later a shoe factory, in 1926. It fell into disrepair throughout the 20th century, reaching the 21st century in a state of near ruin. The rehabilitation, completed in 2018, transformed it into a modern and functional office space, which has already been occupied by companies such as Talkdesk, a Portuguese technological unicorn. Environments with optimized natural lighting, a garden in the back yard as a leisure area and flexible work spaces, with different possible spatial configurations, were created.

The air conditioning systems are mixed, including an area covered by VRF systems and another larger one associated with a multifunction air/water system, equipped with air treatment units and fan convectors.
