Located in one of the access areas to the city of Porto, in the Boavista area, the Icon Community is a development that integrates three buildings, two office buildings and one residential. They stand out for their modern image, comfort and sustainability. GM designed the HVAC systems and sized the photovoltaic systems in presence. The buildings obtained BREEAM and LEED certifications. The project includes about 27000m² of air-conditioned areas and about 9000m² of outdoor green areas, gyms and catering spaces, creating an integrated ecosystem for professionals and families. This complex symbolizes urban regeneration and the creation of a dynamic community, in harmony with the city.
