GM was assigned the “Value Engineering” process, optimization of investment costs, for the HVAC system of this large hotel. The design and analysis of the preparation drawings, as well as the suggestion of changes aimed at reducing the cost of the work, were part of our scope of work. Total heated area: 81000m².
