This shopping center is a milestone of integration between urban planning and sustainability. Located near the Titanii Park in Bucharest, the design incorporates ecological solutions, such as green roofs and bioclimatic design, creating a modern and functional space for leisure and retail. The architecture of this shopping center combines natural and urban elements, offering a differentiated experience to visitors. GM produced several rounds of value engineering for HVAC systems, tending to significantly reduce the cost of implementation. A total of 70000m² of heated area using traditional boilers and chillers to provide a 4-pipe distribution system. GM was commissioned to study the optimization and reduction of the implementation costs of mechanical HVAC systems.
